Postage
All postage is quoted during the basket phase - you do not need to complete all of your shipping details to get the postage quote!
Postage is quoted by weight, each candle is weight banded.
All orders within the UK are sent via Royal Mail for smaller items but with larger orders these will be sent via a courier UPS and the charge for this is £9.97 this is the maximum cost for orders on the website, this guarantees a delivery within a 2-3 day window. For orders needing a next day urgent service please opt for special delivery.

it is with regret that I have need to increase the maximum shipping here for UK deliveries and have gone back to the trusted UPS courier after being let down quite a few times with a cheaper company!!

For pre arranged 'rush' orders or special requests I can arrange for Royal Mail special delivery as an option please contact me for the costs for before 9am or by 1pm options
