Lead times on all personalised candles is now between 14-21 days but please do get in touch if you have a special request or urgent order as I always try to accommodate if I can. If needs be special delivery can be arranged at an extra cost this will allow your order a guaranteed delivery on a specified day.
Non personalised goods such as wish balloons, candle favors and candle holders are sent out within 3 days stock allowing, if there is any problem with your order I will contact you asap
Wedding and Christening Favors
Lead times on favors may run over the allocated 21-28 day period due to the sheer volume I receive.
I have had a very busy run on large orders of personalised wedding favors so please be patient whilst I process all orders if there are any delays I always keep in contact. I am working on wedding orders for 2010 2011
