Here are some frequently asked questions
What size candles do you have?
Sizes are listed in the contents section of my shop, these will vary at times depending on stock, you will be informed by email if the candle you request is out of stock.
How do I tell you my text / occasion?
Before you click to buy your candle and you can choose from a selection of drop down menus in here you can type your text. Bear in mind that less is more!!
The oval beaded wick candles can not hold as much text please ask if you are unsure. Keep it simple. Think about how you would like the layout ect. If you are unsure just contact me

How do I give you my colour text choice?
Before you click to buy you can choose from the drop down menus - ribbons / text colour/ charms. There is also a leave it to me choice where you are happy for me to choose for you.
How are the candles made?These candles are made using a decal which is transfered onto the candle once all the images and text are printed and sealed on. These candles are not engraved, but the decals are designed for personalising candles and look natural.
How often do you post?
I aim to complete and dispatch within 10-14 days. If you need your candle sooner please let me know and I will let you know if it is possible.
How do I pay for my candle?
Paypal, Nochex, postal orders or cheques. These options are available at checkout. *Please note that personal cheques will need to be cleared before I can start your order please bear this in mind if you need your candle for a certain date*
I would like a design that is not pictured
Please feel free to email me your idea, as my site is new there are limited examples at the moment. I am able to source most size candles but do not hold very large candles as stock these would be specially ordered in so would therefore be tailor made. Price available on request.
What other candles could I have?

Do I have to have a photo on my candle?
No!! you can have a simple text only. Or please feel free to look at images I have in my images page these are being updated frequently if you have something in mind that is not shown please ask and I will see what I can do craftycandles@blueyonder.co.uk
How do you ship?
I use Royal Mail recorded delivery, for heavier items I send as royal mail standard parcels. Again if you need your items by a set date your will need to bear this in mind as standard parcels take up to 5 days.
All parcels will be sent securely packaged in bubble wrap and in a cardboard container box - please not my box's are generally recycled just doing my bit for the environment!
