At your time of purchase you will be given the chance to enter your personal text for your candle, please check spellings are correct, please double check as I can not be held responsible for any errors in your order.
I will send you a proof confirmation that I have all the detail needed for your candle before I begin to process your personalised gift I need your confirmation the details are correct. Again please double check these as once I have your confirmation your order will be processed using the details confirmed.
Returns and Refunds
Personalised goods can not be accepted back for refunds unless a mistake has been made on my part .in this event please return the goods via recorded signed for delivery where I will refund you in full plus your postage costs make amendments and return the item to you.
